An Error Has Occurred in the Claim Providers Configured from this Site Collection

When you trying to add a user and its not resolved,

then you click more options and you will get this error “An Error Has Occurred in the Claim Providers Configured from this Site Collection”

Let check the Event Log and found this error, just before this you will see topology error in event log.

Error in Event Log:

Event # 8307 – An exception occurred in AllUsers claim provider when calling SPClaimProvider.FillResolve(): Object reference not set to an instance of an object..

So after checking here and there, I found the easy fix for this is just fix the Alternate Access Mapping for the Central Admin.

Reason:

If your configured the Central Admin with FQDN or just server name or Just IP address and you trying to access the Central Admin via the link which is not in AAM

Solutions:

So simply add the entry into the AAM or browse the site the URL which exist in the AAM.
